How much does a new roof actually cost?
Every roof is different. Every house is different. No two quotes should be treated the same, because no two houses are the same. Most of my asphalt replacements land between $10,000 and $22,000, but the real number depends on the size of the roof, the pitch, the materials you pick, and whether the decking underneath needs any work. Come let me take a look and I'll give you a straight price based on what your house actually needs. No bait and switch.
How long does the install take?
Most homes we finish in 1 to 2 days. If it's a big place, two stories and steep, or the decking needs replacing, it might be two or three.
Do you handle insurance claims?
Yes. If there's hail or storm damage, I document it, meet your adjuster on site, and handle the back and forth. Most folks pay just their deductible.
What warranty do I get?
50-year manufacturer warranty on the materials, plus a 10-year workmanship guarantee from us, in writing. If something fails in that window, I come back and fix it. No "act of God" fine print.
Are you licensed and insured?
Fully licensed in Ohio, bonded, $2M liability and workers' comp. Happy to send certificates before we start.
Do you offer financing?
